Beacon

Beckon to me, LORD that I can see
And shine a light for you
For what I’ve seen, I now can show
That all may know the Truth.

Kindle the light, the fire within
And set me on a hill
Raise me up to preeminence
Your glory to fulfill.

Speak to me, Yahweh, that I can see
The fabric of time and space
Then I shall shine the light of the divine
And all shall see your face.

I am last so I am first
The Prince that shines the light upon men
The wonder of it all to see
The world shall take it in.

For we shall link creation
In a sea of endless light
Christ,
Every beacon joined as one
In geodesic lines.
